"Maribel has been my yoga instructor for the past couple years. She is a dedicated professional who makes every student comfortable, regardless of our level of expertise. She consistently offers options allowing us to go at our own pace.
Maribel is respectful of our time, beginning and ending classes on time. Before class she asks if anyone has any injuries of which she should be aware and offers suggestions and alternative positions.
Classes are relaxed, yet challenging. Maribel keeps them interesting and keeps me coming back for more. She really cares about her students and wants us to get as much as possible from our practice." - Cathy R.
