Yoga For Arthritis
Research has shown that yoga can have many physical and psychological benefits for people living with arthritis. Yoga for Arthritis classes are designed to address the unique abilities and limitations of people with chronic pain. Expect slow-paced movement, breath work and deep relaxation.
A regular practice gives us a sense of stability and constancy during times of change and uncertainty. Research has shown that yoga can help reduce stress and anxiety.
Give yourself a chance to de-stress and unwind, join us for an evening of mindful movement, breathing exercises and deep relaxation.

FREE Community Class
Join us one Saturday a month for a community class and be reminded of our connectedness. Classes start with a brief participant self introduction, followed by mindful movement, breathing techniques and deep relaxation.

FREE Gentle Yoga for People Living with Cancer/Cancer Survivors
These classes are offered by The Cancer Wellness Center and are open to those who are in active treatment, cancer survivors, and their caregivers. Please contact the Cancer Wellness Center directly to sign up for classes.
